The Glas team took home the award for Best Sustainable Practices for the Dublin region at this year’s Irish Restaurant Awards. The awards took place on May 19th at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road.
This is an amazing acknowledgement of all the hard work Head Chef, Malte Half, and the team put into creating a phenomenal menu whilst also being mindful of sustainable practices within the restaurant.
