Glas, one of Dublin’s leading plant-forward fine dining destinations, is excited to announce the launch of a new 5 course tasting menu, available on the first Tuesday of every month beginning July 1, 2025.
This specially curated menu will be entirely plant-based and gluten-free, showcasing the creativity and sustainability-driven ethos of the Glas kitchen team. Priced at just €42 per person, the tasting experience is designed to highlight the vibrant flavours and versatility of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Glas Restaurant is located on Chatham Street in Dublin 2, and is known for its stylish setting and creative approach to vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free cuisine.
“We wanted to create a menu that’s fun, fresh and full of seasonal flavour,” says Malte Half, Head Chef at Glas. “It’s all seasonal produce, and gluten-free innovation, but above all, it’s just really good food that we’re excited to share this summer.”
Glas was also recently awarded Best Sustainable Practices for the Dublin region at the Irish Restaurant Awards.
