Spring Menu

As the season changes so too does the fresh produce available to us here at Glas. And so we start to change our menu for Spring. It takes a bit of time for us to make all the changes so we do it a little bit at a time, getting feedback from our valued customers as we go.

This week we have added 3 new dishes

 

Goats Cheese Mousse (GF)

Chicory Kimchi, Salted Hazelnut Brittle, Beetroot Jerky

 

Smoked Tokyo Turnip (VG) (GF)

Roast Onion Mole, Squash Salsa, Sautéed Butterbean

 

Caramel Apple (GF)

Coffee Cream, Candied Squash, Mint Sorbet

 

We plan to introduce more dishes this weekend and the following week to complete all the changes and will be announcing our next 7 course tasting menu in the coming days.

Reservations & Deposits

Children are welcome for lunch but children under 10 years are not permitted for dinner service. Reservations can be made through the OpenTable platform or by calling us on +35316724534. A deposit of €20 per person is required to make a reservation. This will be deducted from your final bill. Notice of cancellation must be given 48 hours in advance of your reservation, in which case your deposit will be refunded. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the terrace.
